Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipment Responsibility and Delivery Conditions
GloveCo LIMITED is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in possession of the courier. Due to recent safety measures, couriers no longer require signatures upon delivery. If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, GloveCo LIMITED does not accept responsibility for the loss. We do not provide refunds or replacements once delivery is confirmed and the package is at the correct address. Please contact the courier for resolution.

Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary based on location and courier services.

Shipping Methods by Region

  • Canada & U.S. Orders:
    Shipped from our Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.

    • UPS may hold packages at a nearby facility after three unsuccessful delivery attempts.
    • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Prefer providing a residential or business address.
  • European Orders:
    Shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD, PostNL, or UPS.

  • International Orders (non-Europe):
    Shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery to some countries can take 2-3 weeks; delays caused by customs or courier transit are not our responsibility.

  • Australia Orders:
    Shipped from our AU warehouse via STARTRACK or UPS.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Customs, import duties, and taxes are imposed by the destination country. Since these are outside our control, we recommend contacting your local customs office for details before ordering. Packages shipped DDU (duties unpaid) may incur additional fees upon arrival. Buyers are responsible for these charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, contact us immediately at WickettNewsome4556@outlook.com. Changes may not be guaranteed if the order has already shipped. Returned packages due to address issues may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Order Cancellation and Modifications
Requests for cancellations or modifications must be sent as soon as possible to WickettNewsome4556@outlook.com. While we will do our best to accommodate, there are time limits, and cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. Orders placed as a guest will not appear in your account dashboard.
